Process Flow of High Strength Bolt

Process Flow of High Strength Bolt: The process of nickel-phosphorus plating for high strength bolts consists of three parts:
The first part is the pretreatment process, including pre-plating precision and appearance inspection of high strength bolts, manual degreasing, soaking degreasing, pickling, electroactivation and flash nickel plating.
The second part is the process of electroless nickel plating.

The third part is the post-treatment process, including hydrogen displacement heat treatment, polishing and finished product inspection. As follows:
Check the chemical composition of bolts – accuracy before plating, appearance inspection – Manual degreasing – appearance inspection – Immersion degreasing – hot water washing – cold water washing – Pickling – cold water washing – electroactivation – cold water washing – Flash nickel plating – cold water washing – deionization water washing – electroless nickel plating – deionization water washing – cold water washing – hydrogen flooding – polishing – finished product inspection.
