A new centralised communication system for London Deliveries

As a leading supplier to the construction, M&E and HVAC sectors, we’ve invested in a new centralised communications system for our delivery drivers in London. The service has been designed in response to the increasing security measures and tight delivery windows being introduced at construction sites across London.

The new communications service allows drivers to contact the site, via a dedicated customer services team, to give them a 15-minute warning before a delivery is due and to advise of any possible delays and arrange for site operatives to be ready to collect the order. It will help to avoid missed deliveries and potential penalties, providing a more efficient and streamlined service, whilst allowing our drivers to concentrate on making your delivery.
